Again, numerous investigations gfound otherwise. But even given that these guys were all lying, and given that eight ibnvestigations into their conduct were all by liars--it's still just a handful of scientists. The conspiracy you imagine would invovle tens or hundreds of thousands of people.

What part of the content of the emails that conspired to fix results don't you understand.

I could care less how many Blue Ribbon Panels that the UN/IPCC organize to contain the damage of those emails.

Amazing how you truthers can't get your head around reality

This statement has nothing to do with the discussion at hand

It had just as much to do as did your overzealous generalization

where you stated that scientific research is useless.

I never made any such statement... You wanted to interpret that message and in your wee tiny mind, it became so.

.. And you talk about logic as if you possess even the smallest shred of such.

Nice

I never made any such statement... e

yeah you did. I realize that it was a full two posts ago, perhaps a little further back than your tiny mind is able to reach, but anyways, here's waht you said two posts ago:

Research scienticians deliver something that no one gives a rat's a s s about

And that about sums it up. I mean, if it's your opinion that the contribution of scientists to the good of humanity worlds can be summed up by the word "bupkis", well--people can draw conclusions from there.

We're talking about Global Warming research scientists Einstein, not every branch of scientific study.

Sheesh - are you being deliberately dense on this or have you finally understood that you are on the losing end of this exchange?

Einstein wasn't a scientist.

Wow, a little sanity on climate change. Undoubtedly to be shouted down by both sides.

"But perhaps the most difficult question is this: How can you make serious political decisions based on scientific likelihoods when politics thrives on the feeding of ideological certainties?"

No, he certainly was not. However, use of his (well known) name to identify 'un-Einstein-esque' commentary is entirely acceptable

I see it very differently; the political decisions should be far easier and more sound if the the politics were removed from science... Far too many vested interests that cloud the issue. East Anglia and the emails that detailed an organized effort to engineer a predetermined result is the antithesis of science

Oddly, Mr. Gerson addresses that point in the linked op-ed.

According to IPCC, polar climates operate outside the box and need to be looked at as regional.

If we could get a concenus on the concenus there wouldn't be room to argue.
