So you don't know who the terrorists work for. An effective terrorist programme can and is best funded by money bags. You can borrow from international funds to manage terrorist insurgancies, cha ching cha chingI wish I had big money.

When terrorists are dead they won't be funded by anybody. Kill them all and kill the ones who finance them. The world need fewer people anyway.
I guess it is because I am older than most people at CC, but terrorist attacks by various groups are nothing new. The only thing that I find suspect is that current acts of terrorism seem exclusively linked to Muslims and ignores the fact that in the past fifty years the following groups were actively involved in acts of terrorism:
1. the Red Brigades - active in various nations from Italy and Japan to Germany and Brazil
2. The KKK - too many groups and attacks to properly list here
3. the PLO and other Muslim groups (yes - Muslims are involved in terrorist attacks, but they are far from alone)
4. Various leftists groups operating in Latin America
5. And then there are the multiple acts of terror perpetrated by numerous right-wing governments against their own people in nations
like Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Honduras and several other Latin American nations.
6. Thousands of terrorist acts directed against their own people in various African nations
This is a partial list, but enough to get the point across, I hope.
