The United States is such a crumbling, fukced up place that one does not dare to remove the door. There are lots of places in Canada where you really could do something like that (not in the crime-ridden, violent West, though).
There are lots of places in middle America you could do this, just not in places the democrats run, Chicago, California, New York.
But plenty of places outside the Liberal Sociast shitholes of America you can do this.. I drive though them often.. small Texas communities.
