I still don't quite get how some people can believe anything that comes from the US.
Just think about the illogical reasoning. The US is in a 'war on terror' mainly focused on Al Qeada yet in Syria (a nation that hasn't really posed any threat to the US or it's allies) they wish to arm rebels who are not only affiliated with but are actually part of Al Qeada. Realizing this it becomes quite clear there is no truth coming from the US and their actual plan is to occupy or control all of the middle east and the natural resources there.

United States is not those only one in the world with those toys, and I'm sure North Korea, Russia and China have supplied a few to Iran.

I used the word shortcut for a reason. Crime is a shortcut to prosperity and a tried and true method of avoiding work. You have emphasized the complexity of waiting under the bridge in hiding to bludgeon a passerby and make off with his fat purse. Similarly war and acts of violence and the necessary conspiracy behind them are not as a rule very complex to begin with. So lets summarize this whole debacle, the Syrian rebels used poisons gas on the people, and the Syrian Gov't was blamed by the USA.
Obama asked for International help, and most nations gave Obama the finger.
The USA threatened to attack Syria, but delayed the vote for a Senate and House vote..
The Senate passed, but the House wouldn't and Obama would look stupid and an International Joke, more than he already is.
Kerry, provides an ultimatum to save Obama's face, which was not really an ultimatum according to Kerry but was pounced upon by Russia..
Russian, Putin saves Obama's face and dignity by getting an agreement with Syria to take control of Chemical weapons.

The Senate did NOT pass the bill - The Senate Foreign Relations Committee voted 10 for- 1 present - 7 against.
This has not reached either the Senate or House floor.
10's or possible thousands of tons of Chem Wpns- How are they going to move it safely. Right.
