It's not just black hopes that Obama will pay the mortgage. Check out the latest issue of Consumer Reports, on the back page there's a clip of some junk mail from some outfit trying to sucker people into refinancing their mortgages, and in true junk mail scam style, it pretends to be from some government office...
Mind you, I'm willing to bet that the perpetrators, and the vast majority of those who fall for it, are not black.

In April 2011, ACORN itself as an organization plead guilty to a single count of voter registration fraud in Navada, but it was mostly a bunch of poor people in an NGO representing the interests of low income people, who had a few canvassers found guilty of voter registration fraud because they had to collect a certain amount of signatures in order to still be employed. Like, those few canvassers had fake names such as Mickey Mouse on the registration forms they turned in. Source...
