It's also been pointed out that she is/has been "importing" foreign workers to work in her mines to save money rather than hiring locals. If that is the case, then her statement about supplying jobs for Australians is a bald faced lie.

It's a good case for the imposition of Estate Taxes.. at 95%.. let's say beyond $10 million.. to prevent entrenched multi-generational wealth from descending to the inevitable imbeciles that appear in the 3rd of 4th generations under the corrupting influence of unearned lucre.
That'd do in the Koch brothers as well.. who bankroll the Tea Party and other inane libertarian causes.

I always thought that companies that hire more than 3-4 part time workers should pay an additional tax, let's call it the "Abusing labor law when you could properly hire someone," tax. Many of the positions at these large chains are essentially full time anyways, they need people around the clock.
"But then there wouldn't be any jobs for students," is a rubbish argument I've seen as well. My company hires students and gives them proper contracts with salary adjusted to the hours they can work.
