I did find it rather interesting that he was a part of Ken Starr's 'brain trust' after Starr was tasked to head the Independent Council charged with investigating Clinton over the Lewinsky affair. Further, he(Kavanaugh) drafted some of the most intrusive of questions concerning the sexual contact between Bill and Monica.

indeed...... but that is stating the ovvious.
ya know.....after watching this saga for the last couple of days. and hearing some of those senators and how they phrase things....... it seems apparent that what ever process is setup ,it is not respected and these senators are a group of evasive , Parisian folks that really do lack credibility. Their softball questions were just going through the motions to attempt to satisfy the public concerns........ but did not succeed. It was the most unprofessional hearing I have ever witnessed . How could they allow themselves to be so rudely & continuously interrupted by the accused .........?? As this was watched world wide....... it portrayed the obvious weaknesses in the US system.& the ugliness of it. Why is this important?? Because the US constantly brags about being progressive, competent, etc etc. The Trumpian methodology and toxic persona has infiltrated the system.
