That fish looks like it might easily be part of Trumps genealogy.... A certain similarity in features too ;-)That explains a LOT ..;-)

Hey! He's da boss!! He's been the CEO of a private corporation for years, answerable to no one and what he does with his time is HIS business and his alone. That's probably how he sees it, anyway ... that the Presidency is some sort of absolute monarchy.

30 YRS AGO. so much can change.

Trump was one of 80 individuals to receive the Ellis Island Medal of Honor in 1986, the first year that the National Ethnic Coalition of Organizations handed out the award. However, the fact that Donald Trump received the award and posed for a photograph says little about his motivations or whether or not he has racist tendencies, only that he received an award and participated in a ceremony meant to honor him (and others).

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton was similarly honored with the Ellis Island Medal of Honor in 1999.

Turn him into a newt, for gawd's sakes.

An it harm none
Do what ye will shall be all of the law

If you wish for harm to be visited upon the Donald, CC you will have to look to the dark side for that. Witches bring harm to themselves if they try to bring harm to others. It is against our Law.

Aye. True, that.

We'll let karma take it's natural course, then?

Trump has media crying ... all the way to the bank

Trump has media crying ... all the way to the bank

Donald Trump’s tweet about the media’s being “the enemy of the American people” was a classic distraction — in this case, from questions swirling around his team’s troubling ties with our Russian adversaries. While the FBI, CIA and Senate Intelligence Committee investigate, a few thoughts on how news sources under Trumpian attack should respond.

When Trump tweets that CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC and The New York Times stink, what should the scolded media do? For starters, they should watch their audience, ad revenues and subscriber lists grow. The last thing they should do is droop in shame and promise to be nicer next time. No, this is working for them.

Trump may bash the traditional media to please his base of die-hards, but the anti-Trump base is a lot bigger, and it’s growing. It’s also affluent. And one way to resist is to buy what Trump condemns.

When the White House boycotted CNN, the news channel’s ratings actually rose. CNN’s audience among viewers ages 25 to 54 is up more than 50 percent this year.

MSNBC’s viewership among this prized (by advertisers) demographic has surged more than 30 percent. In January, “The Rachel Maddow Show” posted a 71 percent jump in total viewers.

Trump tweets about the “failing” and “dwindling” New York Times, but in the last three months of 2016, the company added 276,000 paying subscribers to its digital-only news product. Such startling gains couldn’t have happened without Trump.

The Washington Post’s website ended last year with record traffic and digital ad revenue. New subscriptions were up 75 percent over the year before, and the company announced plans to hire 60 more reporters.

Two things are happening. One, Trump has made the news gruesomely fascinating. And two, the traditional media outlets are providing refuge for those who find Trump appalling.

And here’s an encouraging trend for venerable newspapers: Younger Americans were likelier to patronize the Times, the Post and The Wall Street Journal for election news than those 50 or older. The Pew Research Center found that younger consumers increasingly want to read the news (overwhelmingly online), as opposed to watching and hearing it.

STOP WITH THE FAKE NEWS!!! dood
no body is going to buy adds on networks who have lost all their fake customers

Are The NY Times, Guardian, And WaPo Buying Clicks? China Jumps From Trickle To Half Of All Traffic In Two Months

Last week the Failing New York Times published an article crediting Donald Trump and the controversial election for "more subscribers in three months than all of 2015," claiming the addition of 276,000 new "digital-only" customers. The beleaguered publication owned by Mexican Billionaire Carlos Slim is doing so well in fact that they are vacating 8 floors of their New York headquarters to generate "significant rental revenue," as well as pushing lame Twitter ads offering 40% off subscriptions which state things like "Truth. It's vital to democracy" and "The best independent journalism."

While subscriber count has allegedly increased, website traffic really didn't start picking up until the first week in December. The Washington Post and The Guardian (UK) saw similar traffic trends around the same time, in stark contrast to most of their peers. A quick before-and-after illustrates the dramatic pickup in visitors:

In the poll published Wednesday by Rasmussen Reports, 1,000 likely voters were asked to describe their media viewing habits. Seventy-five percent said they watch at least some form of cable news each week, with 42 percent saying they most frequently watch Fox News, 35 percent usually choosing CNN, and 19 percent favoring MSNBC.

An even 50 percent of frequent Fox News viewers agreed with a followup question, “Do you trust the political news you are getting?” By comparison, 43 percent of frequent MSNBC viewers and just 33 percent of those who mostly watch CNN said they trust their political news.

According to a November survey by Rasmussen, 37 percent of voters still say they get most of their news from cable news networks. Voters in general were highly critical of the election coverage, with the strongest criticism coming from the 7 percent of those polled who said they mostly get their news from social media, rather than TV.

From their close ties to politicians to the apparent agendas pushed by paid pundits, viewers are wise to question the political news they receive from any major TV news network.
