Nah, got to agree to disagree with you there Gopher. Apparently there is no law compelling Trump to disclose his tax returns and besides who's to say he won't between now and Nov. 8?

no one is saying there is such a law - it is just something done by all prior candidates - in fact he demanded that Romney release his during his campaign

Releasing tax returns doesn't tell a true story anyway.
There is no way of knowing if a person/corporation has declared all income or falsified tax deductions. The richer a person is the more ways there are of evasion.
It is the records that are presented to the tax preparer that tell the whole story; even then they could be altered. So the tax return itself doesn't necessarily tell anything valid.
I really don't know why it is important anyway. Most people wouldn't understand it. I don't think the IRS even fully understands the procedures, it is so complicated.
Release of tax returns is just a diversion from the real issues. I think it is useless and a waste of time.


So Hillary has released her returns. How do we know they are accurate and truthful?

Probably had a brain so good he didn't need to push to do superbly in the average school. There are such people. You may have seen one at a distance once.
