If you want to go to the source of the Charter School phenomenon in the U.S. you need go no further than the ruling by the NYC School Board to eliminate literacy tests for its teachers, because too many blacks and hispanics were failing the test. In their view its better to have teachers that reflect the racial demographics of their pupils than being able to read to write. Not surprisingly many parents who don't want to put their children's futures on the sacrificial altar of political correctness are opting for Charter Schools who can provide quality education.. or at least have teachers who are not illiterate.

It's "altar," not "alter." And neither "charter" nor "schools" is a proper noun; therefore neither should be capitalized.

Speaking of illiteracy.

Very poor netiquette, criticizing spelling or grammer on forums. you must have had a rude, lewd and crude upbringing bones. Your parents should have sent you to a Charter School.. taught you some manners.. of which you are obviously.. completely ignorant.

I thought it appropriate, when an illiterate accuses others of illiteracy.

Your parents should have sent you to a Charter School.
Does the Indian school count?

Again, pot, meet kettle.

Yuppers starving the children , it is the conservative way don't you know .
There is nothing like the sight of distended bellies in the morning .
who are these Yuppers and how come we're letting them starve our children?

Ask him on twitter. It's his favourite social media outlet

Son, didn't your daddy ever tell you not to bring a knife to a gunfight?

Or in your case, a rubber chicken to a gunfight?

Rubber chickens are ALWAYS appropriate...especially if they squeek.

Irish PM shames Trump with stirring tribute to immigrants, as the president stands right next to him

Irish Prime Minister Enda Kenny used his time spent at the White House on St. Patrick’s Day to issue a subtle rebuke to President Donald Trump’s immigration policies.

Speaking at the White House with Trump standing right next to him, Kenny relayed the long history of Irish immigrants who came to America and thrived there, despite being resented and hated by many.

“It’s fitting that we gather here each year to celebrate St. Patrick and his legacy,” Kenny said. “He, too, was an immigrant. And even though he is, of course, the patron saint of Ireland, for many people around the globe, he is also the symbol of — indeed, the patron of — immigrants.”

Kenny went on to explain that in past centuries, the Irish were “the retched refuse on the teeming shore,” who nonetheless “believed in the shelter of America, in the compassion of America, in the opportunity of America.”

Trump's decision not to shake hands with Merkel is in sharp contrast to the warm welcome he gave May:

Some first date! Trump SNUBS Angela Merkel's attempt at Oval Office handshake, has no warm words about her country and gives a lecture on immigration

President Donald Trump had his chilliest summit yet with a foreign leader as he met with German Chancellor Angela Merkel today for the first time. Talks began with a warm welcome outside the West Wing but turned cold as Trump and Merkel disagreed publicly on almost every major international issue. Trump opened up a joint news conference with a slap at Merkel over her open-door refugee policy. Declaring that 'immigration is a privilege, not a right,' Trump said his first priority is to keep the country safe. He also pushed for her country to live up to its NATO commitment, stressing the 'need for our NATO allies to pay their fair share' for defence. Merkel told him it has always been her belief that it is better to 'talk to one another and not about one another' - a reference to the many disparaging statements Trump made on the campaign trail about her leadership. As the press conference came to a close, Trump told Merkel that they have 'something in common, perhaps.' They were both wiretapped by the previous administration, he implied.

Didn't Merkel 'bite off a little more than she could chew' in accepting hundreds of thousands of refugees, which may eventually become someone else's problem?

Another Muslim terrorist attack at the Paris airport this morning, it's just a matter of time before these terrorist muzzies start acting out in Germany.

Here is just another example of what these muzzies are trying to achieve.

https://www.nytimes.com/2017/03/17/world/europe/erdogan-turkey-future-of-europe.html?_r=0

Calling Turks the “future of Europe,” Turkey’s president on Friday implored his compatriots living on the Continent to have multiple children as an act of revenge against the West’s “injustices.”

“Go live in better neighborhoods. Drive the best cars. Live in the best houses,” President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Friday in the city of Eskisehir, while campaigning for a referendum that would solidify his power. “Make not three, but five children. Because you are the future of Europe. That will be the best response to the injustices against you.”

The remarks come at a time of increasingly fraught relations between Europe and Turkey in the wake of the migrant crisis, the concurrent rise of Islamic terrorism and right-wing nationalism in Europe, and a crackdown on civil liberties in Turkey.

uhmm.. but he seems to be doing a hell of good job. It's gives me goosebumps to see the politically correct writhe in frustration.. after their morally bankrupt societal maxims have all but ruined the American and Western economy and culture. :)

Angela Merkel is the past.. Trump is the future.. and we should all be happy about that. It could forestall the Liberal Agenda's mad dash into civilizational collapse and a New Dark Age.
