Beshear's speech was obviously written before hand with the talking points he or they expected . It came off rather hollow in my view .
Did the viewers actually have a choice? I recorded the CBC News only to discover that for some reason it was the Dumpster's address to Congress. I wonder if I was counted as a viewer despite the fact that I immediately deleted it.
