That's not what I saw in the documentary "Sicko". Medicine cost also seams much higher than everywhere else.

As I said... the poor... the REAL POOR have free Health Care and are covered 100%.

However we Americans do pay a hight cost for medicines and there has always been a need for Health Care Reform. But the poor need not worry about the high cost of medicine because they do not pay a dime for a prescription.

Nope, farther back than that even. like when the gov't first started the concept of corporate personhood (early 1800s). And the first really heavy-duty rulings and policies about that came in with Nixon and Ford.
