''At the Tea Party we also learned about a very important petition with tremendous grass roots support''

Our Founders demanded that we all have the right of free speech in order to protect the public and to promote our national well being.

However, what we just witnessed in those right wing created 'Tea Party' protests are aberrations that do not reflect what our Founders fought for. Case in point, the following aberration wherein a discontent says,

nothing better than a dead liberal

These "tea baggers" are very disorganized now, the one common detonator is they want the goverment to stop all this spending at their expense. I would not want to be in the Goverment if they ever get organized, this is the middle class and poor grumbling now. (so called silent majority)

We don't actually want Texas, nor california, nor any US State.

Now Cuba, we need to get them, maybe some more carribean Islands. Shame the West Indes Federation fell through, we could have a warmwater province already.

I've got news for you. We have Cuba eating out of our hand, and it is just a matter of time - a fairly short time - before we have them wrapped around
our flagpole.

The way you've worded that Uncle, it just sounds so nasty.8O

If Cuba truly opens up and American Tourists (not just the
Cuban-Americans visiting family, etc...), you'll love it there!

Veradero has some of the most beautiful beaches you can
imagine. The Cuban people are very friendly and I ran into
several American tourists there (flew in via Canada or Mexico)
and they got along just fine. Cubans don't seem to have an
issue with Americans at all, but just the American Government
and the winds of change are blowing.

If the opportunity presents itself, check out Veradero.:lol::lol:

Texas will not secede but it can split into six separate states.

But that is good news for the Democratic party as Hispanics will soon be the majority there. This means Dems will now have at least six more pairs of senators and representatives in Congress. More power to America's patriots!

Another molehill built into a mountain.

Here's what Perry said, " Texas is a unique place. When we came into the union in 1845, one of the issues was that we would be able to leave if we decided to do that,” Perry said. “My hope is that America and Washington in particular pays attention. We’ve got a great union. There’s absolutely no reason to dissolve it. But if Washington continues to thumb their nose at the American people, who knows what may come of that.”

Those are code words, Governor | Rick Casey | Chron.com - Houston Chronicle

I beleive that particular fantasy was dealt a bloody nose by General Grant at Vicksburg in 1863

Oh my feet are torn and bloody, and my heart is full of woe,I'm going back to Georgia, to find my Uncle Joe,You may talk about your Beauregard, and sing of General (or Bobby) Lee,But the gallant Hood of Texas, played hell in Tennessee

We need a BIG banner on necro threads so people don't waste time starting at the beginning by accident.

Like this?

The Necromancer
From the steamy recesses of the southern swamps comes a figure cloaked in mystery. The Necromancer, as his name implies, is an unseemly form of sorcerer whose spells deal with the raising of the dead and the summoning and control of various creatures for his purposes. Though his goals are often aligned with those of the forces of Light, some do not think that these ends can justify his foul means. Long hours of study in dank mausolea have made his skin pale and corpselike, his figure, skeletal. Most people shun him for his peculiar looks and ways, but none doubt the power of the Necromancer, for it is the stuff of nightmares.

Would Texas be a member of NATO? NAFTA? OAS? NHL?

How about pacifica? First we need to know what assets they might have to bring to the table. They have a poor track record in producing politicians, are running short on oil, not much of a manufacturing industry, got a long border with Mexico. Maybe they should join Mexico.
