Over the past few days I hear stories that anyone dying now that has Covid19,wether that is the cause of death or not is labeled as Covid19 death. Does anyone know if this is true or just another conspiracy theory?

The Italian death figures are hugely exaggerated because they record people as having coronavirus merely within them as having died from coronavirus even though they didn't. It's thought that the number of Italian dead is only around a tenth of the official number.
A similar situation is happening in Britain. The Scottish Government has been criticised for including those who "probably died" from coronavirus as having died from it. So the numbers in Scotland and in Britain as a whole having died from it are exaggerated.
Germany, you may have noticed, has a
low death toll. This is because the efficient Germans seem to be only recording deaths as actually having taken place from coronavirus.
Germany's low death toll provides a more accurate view as to coronavirus's lethality - low.
