Absolutely, although it's pretty clear that i struck a nerve with buddy.

.. Too bad really, maybe if he spent less time stalking Petros and a little more time trying to better himself, he wouldn't have so much angst

Maybe, maybe not. From what I can gather, affording to buy recreational drugs isn't a right, affording to buy groceries necessary for survival is.
