All I ever see you do when you cant make a reasonable argument is insult people with intent to intimidate. Is that how you intend for others to see the way you do? Is this the way you promote change? By initimidation?

The U.N. supposedly never does a "good job" when it disagrees with the American Agenda. "W" has done nothing to try and work with the U.N. and tries to take the U.N.'s knees out from under them at any opportunity.
I have news for you, various governments are slowley but surely are stopping being the American lap dogs, so "W" and his gang of supporters better get used to the new world order or the US will continue its fall into isolation. It may take 10-20 years but it is happening. America is losing its control on the world. China and India are going to be a couple of the big players.
Hell Wal Mart sells almost all "made in China", due to your right wing government allowing and making outsourcing so viable. It is only going to get worse for America. Loss of descent paying jobs.................
So instead of running down the UN look at your own government first.
If we had more people like Kofi Annan in world governments, we would have a hell of a lot better world.

Annan has been a very good SG. The Americans really hate him because when they were pushing out Boutros Boutros Ghali, they pegged Annan as their boy...somebody who would do the bidding of the US and be largely ineffective otherwise.
Once he got the position, he turned out to be both fair and effective. That isn't what the US had in mind.
