zenfisher believe as you wish, the Canadian government doesn't, maybe you should write to them and clear it up. As for the Rev,Oy Vey, have a better look then.
peapod said:There you go again...the arrogance, you presume that we want or need you to teach us. Cut back on the wine, your agenda is showing.

zenfisher said:Go back to chapter one of the link ...There is constant reference to the Citizens of The Dominion of Canada (paraphrased)prior to 1947.You don't seem to comprehend that for their to be an immigration policy...there has to be a country. Otherwise the article would not refer to them as Canadians...but as you suggest British citizens. If you read the whole link you would see this is not the case. They were coming to become citizens of Canada...not Britain.
As for what you posted the Candian Government does believe as I do...that the Citizenship act was merely a very small technicality.
If we were citizens of Britain as you suggest...there would be no Canadian money prior to 1947. It would be British pounds...that was not the case.( as Newfoundland entered Canada in 1949 they had there own money prior to 1949) Again a better indicator of sovereignty.
peapod said:Excuse me you are missing the point again! I said arrogance because that is what it is. And its not quantum mechanics to see where you post on this board and what topics, you do have an agenda,
OK, can you please make it well known what exactly that agenda is? Have you noticed I dont bring up arguments as to the war in Iraq? Maybe because I agree with most of the things being said?
which is okay by me, only get one thing straight, there are only certain people in this world that can really teach, they have humility not arrogance.
Since I'm arrogant and I dont see it, kindly point it out for me how was I being arrogant.
I suppose next your going to be telling me that your going to show me for my own good.
No sorry, thats the Canadian way!
Well I don't need a daddy, already got one and he is canadian.
Well good for you
I couldn't care less if the war was about oil or not. The point is that even if it was about the oil, i'd still be in favor of the war in Iraq because it has accomplished some goals that I agree with. I'm am glad Saddam was removed from power and the Iraqi's now get to practice what we take for granted every day.Hard-Luck Henry said:WarHawk said:I couldn't care less honestly. I love how anti-Americans always like to claim that the USA does everything for oil, yet they themselves are benefiting from the oil that is supposedly being stolen. Face the facts guys, you need just as much oil as the rest of us.
Well now, Mr Warhawk, if you honestly "couldn't care less", what the f*ck are you doing here? Nice sig, btw. I bet you wish you had one of those. Now that really would make a good penis substitute, wouldn't it?
When did I say it wasn't?mrmom2 said:Not about the oil hey Warhawk ?Go back to page 3 and read my post .Its the truth read it 8O .You need more proof of Bush's lies here it is
