So what does happen when you die?

So ... I suppose that means you're a liberal baptist christian, intolerant of other religious views, but liberal in ways that we do not know (bedroom, marriage, other people's things ???), who wants to tell others about your beliefs regardless of whether those beliefs fit into the conversation?

This discussion is about what happens after death ... after life, or The End? It's not really about whether a belief in Jesus guarantees an after life. Either an after life exists, or it does not. Believing in it, in many religions, guarantees that it will happen ... if it exists. Debating which particular set of beliefs opens the door to an afterlife is like begging the question ... you're missing the bigger picture ... that it must exist. If it exists ... what criteria do we use to verify that only Jesus believers get to have it? What about this afterlife favours Christianity?

That's rehtorical ... there is nothing about the definition of an afterlife that is exclusive to Christianity. It is a component of all religions. There is nothing about being baptized that excludes all other religious beliefs from having an after life. Yet, you argue that only those that are baptized are entitled to an afterlife. Backwards ... begging the question.

What qualified you to be staff on a baptist distribution if you are not a Christian Baptist? Do you infiltrate other religious distributions for any particular reason?

And ... the reason that you are promoting your propaganda through as a staff member on a baptist publication is what?

And why are you staff, and publishing your beliefs, under the guise of the Christian Baptist denomination?

What does a 4 sq. have to do with religion? Muslims and Nazis like four squares too.

Cliffy, many born again evangelists do not believe ANYone is a true Christian if they are not "born again" into the Holy Spirit. Many believe that only people like themselves will be able to enter Heaven. Needless to say that there are many more Christians that believe otherwise. Including some of us that don't believe that Gods love and graces are reserved for only Christians.

Everything is Energy and Information, The rest is Recyclable Waste...

You live as long as you can keep the energy of your existence alive....You live on in memories and minds...So make them good ones..When you pass on A void is left to be filled by those who knew the passed(past) well.. The Energy moves on... Carries on.. Towards Forever,.. Ever Foward into the Future..

We are given Energy at birth ...We each Tap into that energy at various levels/different variables throughout our existence...Influencing but never quite able to totally control All the potential Energy/Power ..
When you pass/move on ...The Energy you Created ..Is the energy that remains..Moves on ..Passes on ..To someone else ..Just like you ..Positive or Negative.. Spin 0, 1 , or 2..adfinitum..:)

Or

Whatever...

iITt. is what It Is..!...

So enjoy IT...While it lasts..

It was the Best of Times ...It was the Worst of Times.Surely The Best of Times..

This is one of those subjects where the individual perception is the persons own reality.
I some times wonder why people need something greater than themselves. We can
be there for our neighbours, we can do great or small things to make the world a better
place, and we can still find time to contemplate the unknown. It is not the mystery,of
life its the frustration of not knowing for sure. Mankind has to know everything. In this
case all we can do is argue about our individual speculation.
