A little on the nasty side today Goober?

Post #1644898 - Re: Sixteen charges, including first-degree murder, for suspect in PQ-event shooting Bad Goober
hilarious!

Please make you point that you think Li was sane when he stabbed McLean repeated with a knife, beheaded him, ate his eyes and part of his heart. FYI: When Li was arrested they found McLean's ear, nose and tongue were found in Li's pockets.

Sounds insane to me. But I'll bite. Why do you think Li is sane?... or was your point just to direct a snide remark at me.

I'm also willing to make an educated guess that the Bain is just as nuts. His extreme violence, incoherent rants while wearing a bath robe and a balaclava are clues something ain't right in Bain's head too. But I'll defer my opinion to the experts.

You have any links proving these dangerous offenders have more "rights" than anyone else?

No links but i hear a lot of victims families saying exactly that, while the killers rapists get all the treatments needed, the victims have to go left and right to get a little help, and all the freaking papers they have to fill.

 do you think you could ask a more juvenile or asinine question? Didn't think so.

And what should i ask,if he think its ok to give so much to prisoners, while outside honest people can't afford the same.

We live in a sh*tty world that went 180,we do not treat them the way they were 100 freaking years ago,but we SHOULD NOT go to the other extreme either.

Mario Bastien was released by some retard who did not read the freaking document that said the guy was too dangerous to be released, and the result Alexandre Livernoche was killed.

and you would prefer to do what? Pay a crapload MORE money and put them to death?

This doesn't say he was released. He is on supervised visits. What would you rather, they keep him in as long as they can and then just release him with no integration? How do you think that would work out?

I would rather him locked behind bars for the rest of his life. Why must we concern ourselves with releasing him (in whatever form) just 4 years after he committed this offence?

The plea should not be not guilty by reason of insanity but guilty with sentence switched to a mental institution by reason of insanity. He would serve his life sentence getting the care and treatment he needs but be safely put away so he doesn't eat anybody else's testicles.

If the person was sick and now they are well, I support getting the person back on the streets again... under supervision for a period of time. I also support this person having to make restitution to McLean's family when he gets his act together.

If a person is sick and medication makes them well, then why should this person be locked up. I am against punishing people for mental disorders. I'd rather this person becomes well and becomes a functinoing member of society. If they ever earn an income or acquire wealth, they should have to make restitution to the victim's family, based on their ability to pay... IMO.

And he lives in Quebec. How much more defense would he need?

Plus, he's an anglophone - in Quebec.

He's on the meds and outa the clink ver' fas' I tink.

No but wasting almost $100.000 per year to keep them in jail,is dumb, the sheriff has the right way,as cheapest as you can make it.

Gets kinda cold in Que. to keep felons in tents. But, that would appeal to some. That, the rack, and boiling with oil.
