list 'em here!

Heard robins on my way home from work this morning. And the heard cardinals once I got home.

Ah, the benefits of an overcast February 2nd!

I had to phone the city to send a crew to open up a frozen drain in the lane behind my garage, before the water started lapping at the door. That's always the first sign of spring in my neighborhood, and I have to make that call every year, but it's a couple of weeks early this year.

In Nanaimo, Vancouver Island, the robins don't leave, so we have them all year round. On the other hand,
it is snowing like hell right now.............maybe it will turn to rain.....:smile:

The geese are back, honking their way across the skies and landing in the fields around my home - sure sign that spring is just around the corner though it is -10 here today.

The geese on the Arrow Lakes seem to be pairing up already. Saw about 50 robins rummaging through the leaves at the water front Japanese Gardens this morning too.
