Jack Layton is never going to be the PM of this land not even past 100 years after I am gone. The NDP platform has always been tax the rich until they can’t walk, and give it to a less productive crowd…… I don’t have a problem looking after the needy, but I do have a problem when an NDP Government has no real economic ideas in place to take the country to were it should go financially…….

Let’s say you are lost at some place, and the first person you come across doesn’t speak the language, the next person you come across doesn’t speak what is that mean? It means that after two attempts to find answers to your question have failed and these two people being that they could not speak your language left you in need to solve your problem and unless you talk with some one who can help you, you will be wandering around looking for your answer….
Now the same with a voter who doesn’t have the ability to read or write that tells me that they should learn the language first before they can participate during an important subject like elections……

But if you ask a person who are you voting for……………… and the answer is MMM AAA OOOO from a person who doesn’t speak your language you have gotten 0 answer to your question….. What I am suggesting here is that in order to be entitled to a voting franchise a person should know how to read and writ………………………Not have a member of the house tell them you vote for this candidate …….. that is fraud………………..

What exactly do you have to read to make an 'X' on a ballot. 'X' is the recognized mark for people who can't read or write. How did you manage to squiggle off onto another tangent about language? Your rant was about "people who can't read and write". Do you have a clue who you don't like ... or is the list of 'Acceptable to Sock' the shorter one?

By the way, I have done well on my command of the English Language. They say if a person has a 500 word vocabulary can get around with no problem. In 45 years my love for Canada has propelled me to have a vocabulary which helped me make some good doe during my time…………..
