Depends where you settle. If out settle outside of Montreal, then yeah, you would look out of place. However, if you stay within the boundaries of Montreal, then as an English speaker you will fit right in. The west part of the city is mainly English speaking, this is especially true if you live in the West Island. The city of Montreal is perhaps (unofficially), the most bilingual city in the country. It has English and French publically funded school boards in addition to the two English and two French universities within the city. It has English and French hospitals, English and French newspapers, English and French radio/TV ... and the list goes on and on ...
