1. MY VIEWS ON THE MATTER HAVE NOT CHANGED.
2. I am very much aware that some of the discounts allowed seniors are not required by many seniors.
3. Some of us pass them forward making donations to the food bank and other charities etc.
4 Our financial status today is really none of Cannuck's business.
5. In every demographic you will find a few greedy and selfish people, but it's not up to Cannuck to judge who they are unless they've directly affected him.
6.Poor widdle Cannuck will likely have to get off his A$$ and spend less time on the golf course if he's really having a tough time making ends meet.
Now perhaps is the time for the Mods to just close the thread as it's been discussed from every angle!

The entire purpose of this reactionary material was to inflame the passions of the younger members against their elders in a diabolical plan to split the demographic continuity of this great nation. People under forty use more air, water, food and space. They should be taxed accordingly. Being active should carry a heavier associated cost. Certainly cost of living could prevent this problem by helping to ensure fewer old people in the future by applying strict controls on the under forty dumb twots.
