Most likely they just won't sell at all and become abandoned.

If they aren't worth anything....but if they are....there was a house that would cost 1 million to build that just sold for 410,000. Not sure if Ron is still friends with the girl from this area but she would definitely know the house

So you agree.
Yes, greed is part of the fundamental humans behavior.
Without greed we would still likely be living in dirt huts.

It's our greed that pushes us to always better our lives no matter how good we already have it.

Stop smoking out of greed
Eat less out of greed
Contol you're spending out of greed

And you'll succeed every time.
Greed is the humans greatest motivator.
It's our greatest asset.

I've accomplished a amazing life with the help of greed.

That's just now.

I'm talking about in 15 years.

It's going to get worse then what we are witnessing now.

Imagine the mess in the next 15 years as 10 million baby boomers get to the point they need to sell the house to buy into a old age home. All the prices of houses drop like rocks and prices of old age homes skyrocket.

Have fun with that you old farts.

Some of us have money. And my health plan covers that.
What do you have when you get old?

So from what you are saying, we seniors should quit doing any repairs or renos to our house, don't replace the roof when it starts leaking or do any exterior painting or replace leaking plumbing etc. - that way our house will be worth what we can get for it when it comes time to sell! -:)

Waiting for what? I'm 100% correct. Are you?

PS Gumboot doesn't like you.

Just lay it out for him, Petros and hopefully we can get this "boil" off our A$$.

No you aren't. You don't have to spend money to get a tax credit. You were wrong. Why is it so hard to admit it?

Why is it so hard for you to admit you're an A$$hole?

Oh, so $50 for the copper more than offsets the loss of value of the house due to having no functional plumbing! -:) You're a scream! -:)

Can you point it out? Or are we going to have to play a long boring game where you pretend how awesome you are, ad nauseum?

The VFF TC. You don't need to spend money to get it. I know you don't understand it but most do. As I said, we can explain it to you once we finish dealing with Petros and his e
Explanation of how he thinks VFFs need to spend money to get it

Well, after 4 months with no one buying or living in you're house. The scrappers will strip it for you, free of charge.
