It means it is a reference to the UB being filled 99% with religious people, all of who should have their heads examined to weed out the bad. I assume the promotion of killing when all the big religious book promote helping others rather than hindering them would mean that many need a shrink.
Kind of leaving out how the West likes to put their fingers in there aren't you. The US funded and trained all the various Secret Police that are the cures of any society. Muslims didn't train and fund and deploy South American death squads or cause all the hoors that Iran went through from 1953-1979.
The gbiggest example of all. The Muslims in Afghanistan about 1975 were University educated and the old overlords that were the bain were being eliminated if they resisted the change over to adopting all the UN Human rights documents, until the US funded and armed that same group so they could make a come-back. I swear only within the last week I read or saw a youtube thing that said the exact opposite, mind you they were promoting that prayer open things up just like the article you posted. That is really funny if you look at social programming, one lie to suck in both groups that are currently opposed to each other. I'm also sure not many would notice because how many religious types would read an article promoting how smart non-believers are and non-believers certainly aren't going to watch hour long Christian programs.
