First of all, Israel has not threatened to destroy the Iranian state, it has merely said Iran can not (and will not) be allowed to possess the nuclear weapons it will inevitably use against Israel.

secondly, Israel is not fighting a proxy war against Iran.....Iran's military support of Hamas, Hezbollah, and other fanatical Islamo-fascists that murder Jews amounts to acts of war against Israel.

In this case, Israel is a pure as the driven snow....

I mentioned on this forum a LONG time ago that my close friend is an Iranian whose family opposes Ahmadinejad and he concedes that the Iranian leader never made any threats against Israel.
