Why? Treason is not pending.
No, that has already happened and probably still continues.

Ahh,the power of blackmail videos to get someone to sell out their country.

Those clever Russians ... They're experts at that.

But Trump is backing Guaidó and Putin controls Trump.
Well, I guess theatre will finally get to see that "golden shower" video that the intelligence community says is out there, eh?

Maybe, Putin will time it to coincide with Meuller's indictment of Trump to really mess up the American system. That stalward third of American Hillbillies who support Donald through thick and thin are stupid enough to start an armed rebellion to rescue their prezeedent from the evil Fake News guys. Putin will have achieved his biggest goal of emasculating the old USA.

So what are your thoughts when the LIMA group, which by the way has no USA representation, wanted Canada to help with a military removal of Madura?

The Americans and the rest of the freeish world want to remove Madura. Putin consider him to be a fellow traveller. So would Trump if there were some political currency in it for him.

That's your thoughts on Canada and the LIMA group? It's the USA
My thoughts on Canadians interfering in Latin America is that we should stick to our own knitting. I suppose you see it as "hemispheric" influence but frankly, all that Latin America is to us at this point in their history is a bundle of competitors against us and our interests.

Nope Canada was one of the founders in the LIMA group lead by PMJT

Lima Group

The Lima Group (GL; Spanish and Portuguese: Grupo de Lima) is a multilateral body that was established following the Lima Declaration on 8 August 2017 in the Peruvian capital of Lima, where representatives of 12 countries met in order to establish a peaceful exit to the crisis in Venezuela.[1]
Among other issues, the now 14-country group demands the release of political prisoners, calls for free elections, offers humanitarian aid and criticizes the breakdown of democratic order in Venezuela under the Bolivarian Government of Venezuela.
Twelve countries initially signed the declaration: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay and Peru. Guyana and Saint Lucia joined later.
The Lima Group supported the sanctions Panama placed against high-level Venezuelan officials, which the Panamanian government accused of money laundering, supporting terrorism and the funding of weapons of mass destruction, and defended Panama after the Bolivarian government retaliated

Remember when the Republicans were the "Party of Lincoln" and the Southern Democrats were the party of the cross-burning night riders?

.... rather than the other way around, like it is now?
Yup. They seem to have traded places sometime after the second world war. Just proves how interchangeable they are. It really is a one party system they have.

"America" is like a teenager....... vulnerable to the rapid changes in hormones playing havoc within it.It might have a growth spurt but then has to catch up culturally, psychologically, etc. It still has not outgrown being the youthful rebel.
