They are waaay down there in all measures. Besides, if you were half literate, I ssid that it was the worst system in the Western World and your posted stats pretty much bare that out.

I didn't know that France, Austria, Sweden, Brazil, Peru, Mexico, Spain,Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Israel, Italy, Cyprus, Czech, Luxembourg, Latvia, Lithuania...were not considered Western countries.
