How many weed plants do you have this summer? Do you list it as income on your annual welfare review? If you can grow weed for yourself, you can get a legitimate job growing weed for a legitimate tax paying company. I know a guy in Saskatoon who will hire you for his legitimate weed business. If that is too tough his gal will hire you for one of her escort agencies.

yeah, I don't care if it's good bad or grows hair for the bald...the stuff reeks and nobody wants a stoner smoking beside them or growing hundreds of plants next door to their property. become a farmer and use designated smoking areas like the rest of us.

There are alot of medicines being used that are plant based...opiates being the biggest. Plant based medicine has worked for thousands of years and is STILL being used by big pharma. It was Europeans and their god complex that made it the domain of witches, pagans, and devil worshippers.
The history of cannabis is an interesting one. It involves DuPont's demonizing hemp and the gov't demonizing blacks and jazz music.
I agree with all of that. Basically ALL medicines are plant based (or animal based). My point is that the fact that cannabis oil was used medicinally in the 19th and early 20th centuries is, by itself, meaningless. Leeches and bleeding were used in the 19th century to "rectify the bodily humours." The fact that a practice is old doesn't make it correct.
It's funny. Back when I was a bit younger(read a good bit younger) I had a friend who had a sizable pot growing operation. He had two large greenhouses that were filled with five foot high plants and there was no smell to talk about. He had another building where the plants were dried and there was definitely a smell there. Not particularly unpleasant but strong and unmistakable

Cannabis and cannabis oil has legitimate medical uses and is used by real medical doctors.
It's no medical cure all and Drs can't Rx it over another drug that works. All they can do is validate a patient's condition to meet Fed guidelines and have you sign a waiver stating it was 100% your choice and your responsibility for any negative effects.
Until double blind studies happen it will remain as anecdotal therapy.
