Regina Pizza

When I moved out east from Regina, I really missed good pizza. Whenever I am in Regina I have a Houston Pizza. When I was in university we always hung out at Western Piizza which had very similar tasting pizza. The Western Pizzas we hung out at are all gone now but I did find one just north of Northgate Mall a couple of years ago and still enjoyed their pizza.

It's still there but in name only. The only one making the original WP recipe is downtown.

Houston is still a good pie but not what it once was.

Oh hell yeah. Or North or West or South. Even pie in Toontown or the Jaw is garbage.

Atlas Pizza in Calgary is a really good pie but its still not there. I won't eat pizza in BC, it's puke on dough.

Late 80s. Pies were even better there than Strathcona today. Yesterday's was a little undercooked but Monday is $25 for a two topping large so the pies were flying out out the door. 1 a minute minimum.

4 minutes in the air fryer at home gave me the caramelized cheese I like.
