Yet zero complaints about the radon they suck in every time they shower.
Ernst, a biologist and environmental consultant to the oil and gas industry, says EnCana "told us ‘we would never fracture near your water.' But the company fracked into our aquifer in that same year [2004]." By 2005, she says, "My water began dramatically changing, going bad. I was getting horrible burns and rashes from taking a shower, and then my dogs refused to drink the water. That's when I began to pay attention." At least fifteen water-wells had gone bad in the little community
How did she fund a drinking water well 1000m+ down?
How's the red herring?Yet zero complaints about the radon they suck in every time they shower.
Hmmm...wasn't aware there was radon in Rosebud's water. I'll have to make some emails to confirm that.
How's the red herring?
MMMmmm. . . no, wait. BARF!Knock yourself out. It's everywhere.
Pickled in onion.
Knock yourself out. It's everywhere.
Yeah, you can have mine. *pushes plate of pickled herring and onions to petros* Go crazy.I'm glad you feel that way.
Don't be so silly. It certainly isn't. I just called a buddy with Wheatland County. He thinks you're sillier than I do.
"In Canmore, Banff, Cochrane, Calgary, Lethbridge [and]*Okotoks*we're seeing 40 per cent consistently of homes above the action level that Health Canada has set," said Renata MacQueen with RadonWest, a radon testing company based in Calgary.
Although scientists know Alberta is a hotspot for radon, experts say there is very low awareness among residents about the dangers it can pose to health
Holy f-ck. Quit lying.
You got caught again f-ck face!

Caught? Yes, I got caught embarrassing you. There is no radon issue in Rosebud. You were wrong. Your childish insults won't change that.
A 'water well' at that depth is briny... Interesting that she had no ill health effects from that
The rural residents that flocked to the PA countryside, built massive homes with 20,000L septic tanks and drainage fields with zero regard for the ground water and thus creating gas pockets in the water table they extract from?
Those rural residents?
What? No vodka?

Interesting? Yes, I find water treatment interesting. That's one of the reasons I made water treatment my career. As far as "health effects" of "briny" water (what we in the industry call high TDS) there isn't much of a health issue if you don't drink it untreated. A simple distiller or RO system (depending on TDS) can handle it. Bottled water is also an option. Bottled water isn't much of an option when dealing with natural gas
It's a well known fact that the oil industry often fracks the Bow glacier from which the water for Banff, Canmore, Cochrane and Calgary are supplied
He didn't call anyone. He isn't lying. His bud is as unaware as he is thats all.
Analysis and/or treatment of total dissolved solids are not specific to dealing with chlorides.
Apparently your 'career' in water treatment stalled before it even started.
PS - Love the comment about bottled water and how it is magically not (safe) bottled water when drunk in a location with lots of shallow (or deep) natural gas deposits.
