It's actually entirely possible for two groups, diametrically opposed on economic issues, to agree on foreign policy issues.

For OWS or the TEA Party to reflexively support something because the other opposes it would be even stupider than they already are.

I understand why American leftists will defend Obama to the death, but I can't understand why Canadian leftists are willing to serve as Obama's lickspittles. I thought that Canadian leftists were more principled than that.

There are no Canadian lefties. No sir. Not one.
Well, not since Tim buck died, anyhow..

I didn't think it was possible to make Obama look any more "unbelievably small." I was wrong.

From another thread two days ago....
The start of his bullshyte rumor ....

And today, believes his own bullshyte and repeated as a fact.

That is the way this rodent operates.....
He forms a belief then scrounges the net to find something that validates that belief...I suppose he will find a blogger somewhere that thinks the same way.
And he has "Teabagging" on his mind...

I think RCS is right about him8O

Are you "mad' Bro? And I mean that in BOTH COMMON Terms of the word..

if Gopher ignores you, IT'S NO DOUBT forthe same reason most of the rest of us also ignore the screaming Soapbox preacher on the corner who wants to know if I have found Jesus..

As for the notion that liberals are silent in criticizing Obama, where were you wannabes and Repukeblicans when Occupy Wall Street protested?

Remember - you were the ones who defended him back then.

Today they are also protesting but you fail to take note of that.

~ lickspittles ~

What is even more remarkable is how Canuckleheaded wannabes kiss up to Repukeblicans on this forum every day. ;)

The problem with your presidents is that they get advised to make some impact before they finish off their term of office. They all tried to go out in a bang of glory through some skirmish or war in some far off place which you note always seem to be "over there". They are afraid of mediocrity and will risk anything to get fame before the relegated to the geriatric rocking chair. Even milder Carter tried and failed, but he seems to be the only guy in your country that makes any sense these days.

It's so obvious you guys don't see into it.

Agreed. its "napoleon syndrome"

But then Napoleon surprised them all. He proposed a truce, which was meant to last from 4 June until 20 July and which became the Armistice of Plaswitz…
He thought this was a brilliant coup. (He would.) His own troops were exhausted, they were hungry, many of them were untrained novices, the cavalry required building up and training and he needed the six or seven weeks to whip the entire lot of them into some sort of shape so that come autumn he could annihilate those annoying Allies and be king of the world once more.
I have to tell you, when he was in exile on St. Helena, even he admitted this was one of his biggest mistakes.

His smartest idea would be to accelerate the pullout form Afghanistan to training levels. This would place the economy in Boost, and then concentrate on infrastructure for the next three years. He's rather 'ok' as a domestic pres.- but the victim of his own hubris internationally. Sort of a Calvin Coolidge of the left- with out silent Cal's realization that he's not FDR.

Currnelty a 15-20 on the scale of great presidents

Oh yeah,I almost forgot. march north and wipe out 'Timbuckssitan' once and for all .Pesky Canadians, always giving them advice.
