What Rachel Maddow and her colleagues on MSNBC fail to mention is that MSNBC is an unabashed pro-Obama, pro-Democrat, pro-union, pro-socialism, pro-Islam, pro-GOVERNMENT TV channel, masquerading as a news organization, and have the colossal nerve to pass judgment on FOX, whom they trail in every respect at every hour of every day. Better example of pot calling kettle black never existed.
If FOX is - allegedly - anti-government, MSNBC is definitely pro-government. Of course, only pro-DEMOCRATIC government.
When G.W. Bush was president hardly ever did a day go by that Keith Olbermann did not screech to Bush: "RESIGN!!!" Chris Matthews still gets erotic tingles up his leg every time he sees or hears Obama. Ed Shultz is perhaps the only MSNBC personality who allows a Republican/conservative on his show, but then he hardly ever let them finish a sentence. The Democrat-Government worship on MSNBC starts with turncoat Joe Scarboro in the morning and it goes on until Lawrence O'Donnell genuflects to Obama and the Democrat government late at night.
One thing though: MSNBC shows the future residences of Democrats when from Friday night till Monday morning they feature shows about prisons.
News? On FOX the above-mentioned Shepard Smith delivers them without personal comments. So does Bret Baier. One can not find their equivalents on MSNBC.
Rachel Maddow also forgot to mention, while talking about Glenn Beck organizing the event that now known as "8/28", that Ed Shultz did exactly the same: organizing a similar event, in co-operation with champion racist Al Sharpton and various union thugs. The event - needless to say - was a miserable failure compared to Glenn Beck's. And then in typical MSNBC fashion Shultz lied and claimed that his crowd on 10/10 was larger than Beck's.
