I think we have been over this song and dance before. It's a myth. People all over the World were flooding in to Alberta from 2000-14. We have twice the diversity of the East Coast. I am not from Alberta, but have never heard anything in regards to prejudice against the East.
Are you sure you are not imagining it? I am from east of Alberta too, and I have never heard anything in regards to this.
I think it may be in your head. Try to experience life, and not believe some bitter deadbeat, who could not cut it when employers were begging people to work for them, influence your opinion.
