How long is the queue now?

The queue to see the Queen lying in state is currently around two miles long, according to the government's tracker.

It stretches from Westminster Hall along the southern bank of the River Thames nearly all the way to Blackfriars bridge, which is between the Waterloo and Millennium Bridges marked on the map of the route below:

You've got to love Scottish football and its sectarianism.

Glasgow Celtic - traditionally supported by nationalist, anti-monarchy Catholics - are facing disciplinary action by UEFA for displaying an anti-monarchy banner in last night's Champions League match against Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk.

Meanwhile, Glasgow Rangers - traditionally supported by Unionist, pro-monarchy Protestants - are to ESCAPE discipline by UEFA for singing God Save the King in the wake of the Queen's death, despite UEFA telling them not to do so, in last night's Champions League match against Napoli (Naples).

Here's the Rangers fans' tribute to the Queen during the match:

The time is 23:26 and hundreds are still filing past the Queen's coffin in Westminster Hall at the Houses of Parliament.

Earlier tonight the queue was four miles long...

Who is King Charles III?

Charles III is, of course, the eldest child of Elizabeth II. But here's more info about him...

To be fair, UEFA isn't a government agency.

It's the European overlord under the FIFA Empire.

I wonder why they didn't charge the Glasgow Rangers fans for singing God Save the King despite UEFA telling them not to do so.

Maybe it's because the Rangers fans would argue that it's their national anthem and accuse UEFA of anti-British bigotry and racism.

Don't fuck with me, Blackleaf. Union Berlin lost to Braga in the Europa League and I'm in a bad mood. Grrr. . .

As a Rangers fan (thanks to my grandad), I was annoyed when they lost 3-0 at home to Napoli in the Champions League last night.

Rangers play Liverpool next - at Anfield. Can't get much tougher than that in the Champions League.

On the upside, Union is top of the table in the Bundesliga (the usual occupant, Bayern Muenchen, is #3).

OK, I'm happier now.

Countries bend over backward to be let in!

Sounds like the Queen's beloved Commonwealth. Two more countries joined in June this year: Gabon and Togo.

They are two former French colonies who, for some reason, decided to join the Commonwealth rather than the Francophonie.

The Commonwealth now has 56 members.
