It'll be a slow process. The Progressive Conservatives proposed equal funding for all religious schools in one election. As soon as people got wind that that would include Muslim schools too, they rejected it. Ironically though, the Greens who proposed no funding for any religious school were rejected too. The Greens and PCs, though different, held one virtue in common: whatever would apply to one religion would apply to all religions. The NDP stayed mute on the subject and lost too. guess what party won? The Liberals who actively defended the status quo.

Perhaps with the Muslim women uncovering their faces the Jewish men that hide their faces behind closed doors will start speaking in public about the things they claim should be kept secret from the taxpayers.

No, I'm fine with anyone wearing nazi or ISIS armbands, its just face coverings like the niqab or white hoods that I object too.
One thing to be said for armbands, nazi or otherwise, at least they don't obscure the person's identity.
You are correct, but anyone wearing an armband of a certain type, indicates to the public their particular leaning with no threat to the viewers.
