The only good thing he's done is give us Brexit. The rest of his Premiership has been one woke policy after another. Boris has led a liberal-lefty government. Now it's time for a true Tory to replace him.
Post COVID he was a changed man I wonder how much it took to buy him off?

Rishi Sunak has entered the race to be the next leader of the Conservative Party and Prime Minister.

The former Chancellor is the most high profile figure so far to announce his candidacy.

His resignation from the cabinet on Tuesday helped trigger the mass walkout of ministers that forced Boris Johnson to stand down as Tory leader.

Mr Johnson intends to stay on as prime minister until the Tory Party chooses a successor.

Senior backbencher Tom Tugendhat and Attorney General Suella Braverman have already announced their plans to stand.

Meanwhile, former Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt, Defence Secretary Ben Wallace, and Former Health Secretary Sajid Javid are said to be considering leadership bids, while former Brexit minister Steve Baker has signalled he will mount a challenge.

A timetable for the Tory leadership race is due to be confirmed next week and the new Prime Minister is expected to be in position by September.

And that's your own fault for thinking that's all he had to do.

You got this, you got what you wanted, you deserved, and you sods kept him BEYOND the moment he should have been kicked.

We voted for him to get Brexit done.

If that's all you voted for him for, again, everything else is your own damn faults.

Ever instance he was a dipshit, every single time he embarrassed your country, every time he covered for the BS that happened in HIS government, YOU all approved of. All because you wanted Brexit done and did not even think about the 'after Brexit' things that also needed doing.

And you probably voted for Trudeau and look where that got you.

Defence Secretary Ben Wallace, the bookies' favourite to become Boris Johnson's successor, has announced he is not running for the leadership of the Conservative Party.

Wallace says it was "not an easy choice", but his focus is on his current job as defence secretary and "keeping this great country safe"

Well, all I gotta say is at least Bo-Jo's party weren't a bunch sycophantic bootlickers. Unlike the Liberal MPs and cabinet ministers over here.

Actually I didn't, thanks. Trudeau is a dipstick and I don't like the local Lib candidate, so I didn't vote Liberal.

That at least I can be proud to say.

YOU voted for Bo-Jo however, because you wanted Brexit.

And you got the rest of this.

Boris Johnson resignation: Zahawi and Shapps enter Tory leadership race

_125847001_08636e23828ddb2ee0ee1192db75758681f7bc6a.jpg

Chancellor Nadhim Zahawi and Transport Secretary Grant Shapps have announced they are standing for the Conservative Party leadership.

Mr Shapps told the Sunday Times he was ruling out a general election if he was successful in becoming prime minister.

Mr Zahawi has said he will lower taxes, boost defence spending, and continue with education reforms he began while education secretary.

Earlier, Defence Secretary Ben Wallace said he would not run.

In a statement on Twitter, Mr Wallace said his focus is on his current job and "keeping this great country safe".

The cabinet ministers join former Chancellor Rishi Sunak, Attorney General Suella Braverman, former equalities minister Kemi Badenoch and chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee Tom Tugendhat in launching campaigns to take over from Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

If he wins the contest, Mr Shapps pledged to produce an emergency budget, instruct his chancellor to cut personal tax for the poorest people and give state support to businesses with high levels of energy consumption.

He was one of the senior cabinet ministers who did not resign amid a chaotic week in Westminster which led to Mr Johnson's resignation.

Appearing to criticise colleagues who did, he told the paper he had "not spent the last few turbulent years plotting or briefing against the prime minister" or organisation a leadership campaign in the background.

He told the paper: I tell you this: for all his flaws - and who is not flawed? - I like Boris Johnson. I have never, for a moment, doubted his love of this country."

I would like Kemi Badenoch, the MP for Saffron Walden in Essex, to become Prime Minister.

She's massively pro-Brexit, anti-woke, small state and low taxes.

If she wins the liberals would constantly howl in rage, like they did in America with Trump.
