To take a more concrete example for SJP:

Conservatives are usually identified as more nationalistic than liberals. Yet would you be in favour of taking incremental steps towards a common military, common currency, common citizenship, common adopted, revised or created second language, common world federation? Even some liberals would be more nationalistic than I, making them closer to the Consertatives than even me when it comes to international policy. So if the Liberals are more conservative than me on that front, then how can you so easily label me conservative without using alot of hyphens? At most, you could say I've got some conservative traits, but certainly not that I'm simply a conservative. Most conservatives would reject the claim that I'm a conservative, I'm sure, even if they acknowledge a few conservative traits about me.

Palin/Romney, Palin/ Paul, Palin/Thompson, Palin/Huckabee all sound good to me. The reason the dems put so much effort and money to find dirt on Palin is because they are scared of her. Anything they have dug up has been discredited.

Now there is an honest answer. No one can predict what she can or cannot do at this moment in time. Quite a few are scared of what they think she might do though, therefore the attacks.

Reminds me of what a co-worker said about a woman in our accounting dept:

Just my kind of girl - blonde, bit tits, and really, really stupid.

That's what appeals to a lot of people, so I can see what you're saying.

My former sentence dictates the object of the latter sentence in that post. It's good grammy. :D

A relation, perhaps? "She" is singular, "politician" is in a non-specific but inclusive sentence.

I'm just teasing. I can be serious in these forums at times, but today I'm in more of my more giggly moods. Welcome to the forums.

Dems don't have to worry about exposing smut about her, the republicans will
do a fine job of that in the primaries, those guys will bury her to make sure
she doesn't beat them, she'll never have a victory there. Can you just imagine
all of those republican corporate arrogant guys standing back and allowing her
to defeat them. Never. Even if she is the best candidate, which she won't be,
they won't let her win. I'm sure they are allready digging up all the dirt they
can muster, just to be ready.

"Just my kind of girl - blonde, bit tits, and really, really stupid."

So that leaves Sarah Palin out except for those who are terminally stupid or terminally blind.

Not blonde. Definitely mammarily challenged. See above about stupid. Permanently.

"And I'm sure there are plenty of hormonal voters out there."

Of course! All - or at least most of all - who voted for Obama voted with their hormones, in sad lacking for brains.

Understandable for women, but for guys???

Reposting what I posted before I got an inane notice that my post had to be reviewed before posting:

"There's an old saying in Tennessee -- I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee -- that says, fool me once, shame on --shame on you. Fool me -- you can't get fooled again." --Nashville, Tenn., Sept. 17, 2002

One has to love Bushisms.

A Palinism: "I'm the mayor, I can do whatever I want until the courts tell me I can't.'" --Sarah Palin, as quoted by former City Council Member Nick Carney, after he raised objections about the $50,000 she spent renovating the mayor's office without approval of the city council

As I said, politicians are scary people.

Yeah. We all know guys have no hormones or problems with hormones. And women have no brains.
