That same ICC was the home of the trials that made the gifting of land illegally taken palatable to the world. Such a noble nation would have no probblem winning a case described to 5 Judges from South America where they have experience in spotting the difference between 'liberation squads' and 'death squads'.
If it was Canadians resisting Indians having a right to petition the ICC and you made a similar statement about them then you could claim to be proud to be a Canadian.

Look at your first statement, would that be like the ICC? Haul them in and by the time they told their story the true picture would be shown. I'm sure ISIS is under orders to kill the ones that are being outed to make sure they don't become witnesses. If the WWII trials had included a lot of refugees in Dresden the complete report available would be a lot more detailed than it is thanks to the few witnesses that made it to the stand.
