Look, you self-righteous troll.... Don't let your big mouth get yourself into a situation you won't easily roll your butt away from. I choose to have nothing more to do with you. Kindly keep your own distance.

With all due respect....
Wolf.

These Osama statements usually come with 20 year old file footage of dopes playing on monkey bars and Osama trying to use a walkie talkie.

Well it's a step past "whaa" isn't it.

I'm interested in exactly what you think a "situation that I won't easily roll my butt away from" is. More gutless talk on the Internet? You should stick to adding "me too" on the end of someone else's quoted post and lay off the bully tactics. You don't scare anyone.

You are very young and nobody can expect you to have the answers. Even people here don't have them.

Quotes like that can make a lot of hate - especially when we are but 4 days from the anniversary of a tragic day. Youthful inexperience can be excused. In some places, words in praise of Osama can get you very badly hurt.

Nice way of putting it Wolf.hope he listens....

i also agree with your take on the west creating saddam..

"Sadam was the guy Uncle Sam wanted in Iraq"

American's foreign policy sometimes disgust me.
If it was Uncle Sam wanted Saddam in Iraq, then is it not America that "indirectly" killed thousands of people under Saddam?

America played a negligible role in supporting Saddam. Poland and Denmark gave Saddam more military support than the U.S. So it would be more accurate to say Saddam was Polands puppet!!

Most of Saddam's support came from Russia and France. How many F16's and Bradley's did you see Saddam throw into the fray in the Gulf War? What's that? None?! Just MiG's and T72M's? Right!

That's interesting. Where do you get this data from and are there some documents that show this?

I posted it here a couple of times in the last two years, try searching. If you can't find it I'll try to dig it up again.

Nevermind, here it is:

% Total
USSR 59.57
France 12.43
China 11.05
Czechosl 6.57
Poland 3.84
Brazil 1.65
Egypt 1.18
Denmark 0.52
USA 0.47
Austria 0.43
Romania 0.42
Switzerland 0.34

A whopping 0.47% - right up there with Austria and Denmark - those other international bullies.
Notice it's all between 1983 and 1988.
I won't comment about the CIA - a couple of double-O-sevens with peashooters and fancy watches don't make or break dictators.

Sorry the link in the quote only worked from the original thread.

here you go:

http://www.sipri.org/contents/armstrad/TIV_imp_IRQ_70-04.pdf

Thanks.

SIPRI's data are founded on open sources (newspapers, journals, declassified documents etc) which would tend to underestimate Western deliveries: "The type of open information used by SIPRI cannot provide a comprehensive picture of world arms transfers. Published reports often provide only partial information, and substantial disagreement among reports is common. Order and delivery dates, exact numbers, types of weapon and the identity of suppliers or recipients may not always be clear."

While having a look at this, I find that you seem to be suggesting that the US had little if anything to do with the supply of arms to Iraq, when in fact they had plenty to do with it. They through proxies supplied parts to the Soviet made arms that had already been purchased by Iraq once the relationship with the USSR fell off.

What's more, the Reagan administration played both sides while dealing arms through proxies to Iran at the same time it was moving arms to Iraq.

It's said that much of the proof of this is being held at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. But there is enough that hasn't been destroyed that investigators could get a hold of despite Reagan's attempts at hiding it that it spilled into a scandal that couldn't be totally covered up.

Iran Contra.

So there is alot more to the story than what is recorded on sipri.

Surely you're not suggesting international arms tycoons are anything less than 100% above board and teeming with intergrity!! They wouldn't ship arms without all the proper licensing and paperwork!

Yeah, there's shady deals. So lets say the U.S. contribution was DOUBLE what Sipri is aware of, that brings the U.S. contribution to 0.94% So now we're way past Denmark but still nowhere near Poland.

Still Puppetski.

I'm pretty sure Osama's version of Islam is a perversion.

There's no question that it is. Islamic scholars from every corner of the world have condemned his bizarre view of the Koran as we discussed on earlier threads.

Though he does make sure to warn us all, and offer us the chance to convert....

As noted above, it wasn't him on that video as he would not profane the Koran by dyeing his hair and then quoting Koranic verses. Obviously, it is a CIA fake tape created by people who know nothing about Islamic teaching.
