Ex-Marine or as you claim, the photo above shows the suction cup above the camera, only a retard can’t see it..

Guess that makes you a retard..

Actually, it makes you the retard. Only suction cup that can be seen is on the cam on the windshield. Not the "cam" that took the pic of the car beside the truck. That would probably be the cam in your phone that you were playing with as you drove down the highway whining about others texting.

That's on your windshield and you are a busted lying fool. You can even see your right side mirror attached to the right fender or hood. That mirror is clearly displayed in your pic with Das.

You said you always kept your phone charging in the sleeper, yet there you are taking pics of people driving when you should have your eyes on the road.

Northern Ontario,
Now I ain't got no horse in this race, so what I'm gonna say is quite objective, and I'm not saying that the side window picture was not taken by a hand held something or other...
What I'm saying is that it's not possible that it was taken with his phone.
I ran the two photos above taken with his phone, one of them I'm sure of because I was there, thru an exif data analyzer,
Both came out at 640X480 resolution or size

The one in dispute came out at 640X804,
Not his phone

Of course because the traffic situation was so obvious (going downhill at night with hundreds of vehicles off and on the brakes lighting up the night) we have all pondered that the driver must have been distracted by his own choice.

We all missed, and shame on me because it happened to me, that the driver may have had a medical issue, heart attack, stroke, seizure etcetera.

Apparently that will never be proven as the body is beyond recognition......

Good point. I once represented the family of a man who had died behind the wheel. 43 years old, perfect health, Army sergeant who had within the last month taken and passed the Army physical fitness test. Massive heart attack, died in an instant, and his car hit two others.

The reaction of the owners of the cars that were hit is, in part, responsible for my sunny disposition and great love and optimism for the human race, especially in its current North American form.

Northern Ontario,
Twelve years ago, a friend driving his motor home down a country road at night just passed out from a stroke, and he was just lucky his foot came off the gas pedal and he slowed right down before going in the ditch...
The doctor pulled his driving license when he got out of the hospital, and his wife had to drive after that!

A Mississauga truck driver pleaded guilty to careless driving and was fined $1,200 Tuesday for causing a fatal crash on the Herb Gray Parkway in February.

Dinesh Kumar, 31, was transporting a load of plastic food container bins to Texas on Feb. 7 when he slammed into standstill traffic at the Todd Lane underpass. Nicole Vetor’s Oldsmobile Bravada was the last car in the line of traffic. Vetor, 19, died when her vehicle became sandwiched between Kumar’s truck and another transport in front of her. It was shortly before 4 p.m. and Vetor was on her way to work at Delta Wire and Manufacturing.

Kumar said he did not notice the four signs warning drivers to be prepared to stop. According to the data recorder on his truck, he was going the posted speed limit of 100 kilometres per hour before slamming on the brakes and trying to veer away from Vetor’s vehicle

He avoided hitting her with the cab but his trailer crashed into the back of her car.

“I think the Ministry of Transportation is helping these truck drivers kill our families,” said Vetor’s sister, Jamie, in a victim impact statement she prepared for court.

Yesterday, the OPP kicked off "Operation Safe Trucking", a province-wide Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) enforcement blitz, but they've added a twist to targeting distracted transport truck drivers.

Officers will conduct their patrols in transport trucks, giving them a better vantage point for spotting transport drivers who are distracted or engaged in other dangerous behaviours behind the wheel.

The trucks are being used for the first time during Operation Safe Trucking. The strategy aims to reduce the number of CMV collisions on OPP-patrolled roads.

During the five-day blitz, OPP officers will be targeting CMV moving violations such as distracted, aggressive and impaired driving, speeding, following too closely, occupant restraint and hours of service violations. CMVs found with mechanical, load security or other safety issues will be subject to inspections and enforcement actions in collaboration with the Ministry of Transportation.

How bout y'all just go shopping for something that hasn't been delivered by truck - including Penny's beer

That's logic, right there. Because some truck drivers are careless, nobody should buy anything delivered by truck.

A couple of paramedics in NS were charged with trafficking drugs, so therefore you shouldn't ever call an ambulance.

what i wonder about is how these self driving trucks are going to drive themselves on the 401. If they drive the speed limit they will cause massive havoc.
