When you compare ON to the National stats I posted there is nothing to cheer about.

5200 new full time private sector jobs nationally is brutal. Of those how many were in ON?

If Trump's trade war against us progresses to the next stage, the employment numbers here will plummet.

If that’s what you think I hope you’re telling Turdoh and his minions to get off their asses and negotiate.

Now we have Morneau trying to stymie the flow of shitty steel that was finding it's way into the US even though our tarrifs are higher. It's our deflated dollar causing the problem.

Too late we are to far down the list because of the Libs. politicising the NAFTA agreement and pissing off the Trump negotiation team we are going to get screwed, please take the sunset clause.

that would depend on the specific industry. The industries on which Trump imposes sanctions would plummet and push the relative value of the Canadian dolar down which in turn would promote those industries on which Trump would not yet have imposed sanctions. Then what would the idiot do? Impose yet more sanctions on more industries and as the US dollar keeps rising and the Canadian one keeps dropping, impose yet more sanctions while scratching his head wondering why US just keep getting more expensive on the world market?

In the last month over 100 of those full time jobs are for the project I am working on.

Does anyone know how they count it when you quit 1 full time job to start a diffferent one?

I thought the increased min wage was going to turn Ontario into a economic basket case?

Maybe those lefties really do know what they're talking about.

Increase in min age has meant there are a lot less now employed at min wage levels, so the lefties don't know what they are talking about and they don't know how to interpret data.

How about him targeting Auto Assembly Plants?

Why negotiate with a crazed lunatic? Wait until he's gone, then negotiate.

I’m hoping the crazed lunatic will be gone in October of 2019 when the next Canadian federal election takes place. Then the new PM can negotiate with Trump man to man. Still, that’s a whole year away and the current PM can still do a lot more damage till he’s gone.
