Why do you have to prove anything to Eaglesmack?

I don’t...

I did it for me.. and the fact that I was shitting blood daily from drinking soda.

I quit soda cold turkey.. lost 32lbs and with the help of 3 doctors will lose 50 to 60 lbs more of body fat and gain 30 lbs in muscle.. at least that is the plan.

I am in Laredo, Texas now headed home to Nuevo Laredo.

EagleSmack could teach you a thing or two about fitness, and help you fix what's wrong with your rifle shooting stance, which is basically everything.

I hear ya...All my "insulin resistance" related fat was chest and belly, but I still look like I did construction for years, so I don't need to build that way- I just needed to neaten up a little.

A flat belly, and a touch of grey around the side burns seams to work well with the kind of ladies I like.
:)

Check out a "Dr Berg" and also 'sixpack abs"on youtube..they may be of help on the nutrition / educational aspect - they are both really interesting, and getting good results.

If you're hitting the gym then may i suggest this as a goal?

Bench your body weight
Squat 1.5x your body weight
Dead lift 2x your body weight


That way you will have a good proportion and muscle balance.
