This has nothing to do with Obama's race. Keep in mind that some wacko's were also trying to prove that John McCain was not a "native born" citizen of the US, because he was born in the Panama Canal Zone where his father was serving as a US Naval officer.

As to the Gore/Bush vote in Florida, only real cons[piracy nuts are still harping on that one. Many different news media resources went back, after the election, and paid to have every single ballot counted. Mr. Bush won in every one of those counts.

Mr. Gore did NOT win that election under the rules set up in the Constitution of the United States of America. Get over it.

I'd like to know why Obama's birth certificate would be of interest to anybody, especially since he's already passed the legal age to buy booze and gamble.

Some people just do not get it, and never will.

Yep, just like the nut cases that think Obama isn't an American born citizen.

Although, one thing can be said.....if a guy gets a half million more votes than the other dude in a national election and loses, the system is clearly flawed.

If he wasn't a American citizen he wouldn't have been allowed to run for President. That question is not a pressing issue. What is an issue is what is he trying to do to our form of goverment?

Yet many Americans believe he isn't.

What is he trying to do?

That's one of the things that makes the U.S. such a great country, Y.J. Any American who attains the age of 35 can be elected as long as he can get people to vote for him. It just doesn't get any better than that.

george bush is the best proof of that

'' killing the middle class''

Clinton created the biggest expansion of the middle class in history.

Bush diminished more than anyone else.

Obama is creating jobs whereas Bush lost millions.

Obama isn't done yet, is he?.. He's crushed the economy and driven tens of thousands out of their homes through foreclosure already. I'm sure that there is much more to come.

I'm a little curious about all these jobs. isn't the unemployment rate in teh doubel digits these days?

That's right, I remember that: the PotUS has the ability to personally foreclose on everyone's mortgage, no matter how current they are on payments. He was personally responsible for the $100+ oil price, too.

Yeah right, he has absolutely S.F.A. to do with anybody's mortgage. The failed mortgages are solely the result of the poor financial practice of lending money to people who can't pay it back. All this sh*t started during Bush' tenure and I really doubt if he personally has anything to do with it either. If you want to place blame look to your bank presidents and C.E.O.s and the head honchos on wall street.:lol::lol:

Lending money to people who can't afford to pay it back, on the assumption that your house value will go up and someday you'll sell.
Then, you take those mortgages, wrap a bunch of them together, run it through a mathematical formula that says they're a safe investment, and sell that package to other people, who don't realize the risks, because you've told them they're safe. Repeat a few million times.

I wonder why it all came crashing down?

Clinton is not the problem.

We should start with Obama's very first promise. "I will bring about "CHANGE" What did he do, he appointed the very same people who caused the economic problem in the first place as his so called czars.

Obama's Czars -- A List of President Barack Obama's Czars

It's been a brutal summer for the economy. The housing sector, like a balloon batted in the air one last time by the government credit, resumed its inevitable fall. Economic growth slowed to a lead-footed 1.6 percent, and job growth is even more anemic. Meanwhile, consumers are cranky, the trade gap is gaping.

5-doomsday-scenarios-for-the-us-economy: Personal Finance News from Yahoo! Finance

We still have high unemployment, and lets look at some of those jobs he says he created.

Engineer loses job, gets new job working cleaning at MacDonald's, or some other minimum position, not to mention losing home. Obama CHANGED nothing.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. At least he has not lost millions like Republican Bush did. As I said on another thread, he could do more but to criticize Obama when these same critics used to praise Bush for doing far worse is hypocrisy of the worse sort.

Lost, Cost. what is the difference?

Obama will never stop till he destroys us.!!!
One percent transaction tax is proposed
President Obama's finance team is recommending a transaction tax. His plan is to sneak it in after the November election to keep it under the radar. This is a 1% tax on all transactions at any financial institution i. e. Banks, Credit Unions, etc.. Any deposit you make, or move around within your account, i. e. transfer to, will have a 1% tax charged. If your pay check or your social Security or whatever is direct deposit, 1% tax charged. If you hand carry a check in to deposit, 1% tax charged, If you take cash in to deposit, 1% tax charged. This is from the man who promised that if you make under $250,000 per year, you will not see one penny of new tax. Keep your eyes and ears open, you will be amazed at what you learn.

Some will say aw it's just 1%... remember once the tax is there they can raise it at will.

Your posts represent the very hypocrisy that you condemn any/all Republicans on. If I recall, you blamed any and everything including Katrina on Bush and his party, but when it comes to Obama, hell you are the chief apologist and blame deflector for his office and party.
