Maybe we should all wait and see what happens with Illegals Amnesty, Cap and Trade, Tax Burdens Shifted to the Wealthier and other things that are now unfolding in both Houses of the US Congress. There is no doubt in my mind Obama will sign those if he ever can arrange to get them to his desk.
