1, I've been of the opinion (and posted that opinion) that he was schizophrenic since the first assessment.
2, The comparison is ridiculous.

Your opinion + peddling the prosecution doesn't make it any more valid than the defense's position. At least I acknowledge that there is a conflicting legal opinion and don't need to resort to undermining that position simply because I don't agree with it.

Norway’s home-grown confessed terrorist Anders Behring Breivik knew what he was doing when he killed 77 persons in and around Oslo on July 22 last year, the city court in Oslo ruled on Friday. The court, finding Breivik sane at the time of his murderous rampage, sentenced him to Norway’s longest prison term of 21 years, with a provision that can allow him to be held in custody for the rest of his life.

Breviek was influenced by several well known neoconservative Islamaphobic propagandists including American Robert Spencer, Bat Ye'or, Pamela Geller, and Daniel Pipes. Several people here on this forum are familiar with these anti-Islam hate sources and like Breivik use them as references to support their Islamaphobic viewpoints.

(I am not claiming any one here is a threat, only that some people here share similar opinions as Breivik regarding Muslims and the threat from Muslim immigration.)
