"sherrif's" are scouting Walmarts for jury duty,
people are directed to a bus outside walmart,where they are taken to the court house and selection is made,
wow !this is such an example of so much,who designs such garbage?

i was pondering an exact opisite theory,then the one which you believe to be a slam dunk.
Psychology of wall mart shoppers is more like my queries,court process is all about design and more so the designers.

People find more ways to avoid it and if you are 65 or over you can say no.
Peers there are no peers all that was nonsense from the start. The jury
system deprives people of making a living so we can have a trial at the
public's expense. If we have a jury and we pay them a token and we have
them do a verdict. It is a form of taxation for the jurors and an easy way
out for the government

I hear you Grumpy but I'm not sure there is a better way, although I'm not sure how you find an unprejudiced person when it comes to the death of a child at the hands of a monster. Of course the media f**ks it up from the get go!

Yeah, they did 40 years ago, can't anymore............one serious heart attack and the gov't could be on the hook for $millions! Or any injury as far as that goes!

We had faster dozer men, more than one ended up wading around a river trying to get away from a wild-fire Machines alone were the best way to try it anyway and ideally they get the lumber off a few years before a fire takes it instead. Good luck

For Mac just got sent packing, that still cleaned out the bars as evacuation is the best way to face a raging fire. I haven't heard anything from the fire insurance companies, you??

In AB if you select a dirty truck it most likely has a functioning firearm inside at all times. Better 'with' than 'without' motto. Judge Jury and all the rest of the crew needed for swift justice.
