Assuming that's the median price (it's not, it's well below the median price, but just assuming), there are seven billion people in the world. So we'd need 21 billion bombs to meet your numbers. At 2K a bomb, that'd be 42 trillion dollars.
The U.S. military budget is about three-quarters of a trillion dollars per year. So, if we spent every dime of the military budget on Mk-82s, no planes, no ships, no rifles, no trucks, no soldiers, it would take 56 years of our entire military budget to accumulate 21 billion bombs. This also assumes that we expend zero bombs in training, combat, or obsolescence.
