*Sigh* Another true patriot has his Gawd-given rights trampled by Obama and the left. Will no true heroes rise up and save us from tyranny?

I somehow doubt that the little punishment he received will completely change his ways. I hope I'm wrong, but humans tend to leave me pessimistic.

True. In a normal world the basta rd would have been horse whipped and spent a winter weekend in the stocks in the town square.
Maybe when Hillary becomes prez the law will have a bit of backbone.

Hopefully she can move or maybe he will.

I don't think that it would be easy for her to move with all the disabilities that the family has (wheelchair access, etc.). If he caused more strife, he should have to move since it would be obvious that he would be incapable of acting like a civilized human being.

Well perhaps if she sued his *** she could take his home and sell both of them then move to a better neighbourhood.

Yeah, yeah, I know. But I can dream.

The main problem with suing is that she would have to pay for a lawyer (unless one worked pro bono), and she might not be able to afford that.

Well I said I was dreaming. And while I'm doing that, maybe she can get a restraining order. One that would require him to enter and exit his house through the tiny bathroom window on the far side! :D

I should be a judge dammit, so many would pay in deliciously vindictive scenarios!
