Almost none of it is twinned.

Anyway, enjoy those multi-hundred thousand tonne rolling bombs travelling through the Rockies and into the West Coast oil depots. So superior to and much safer than a pipeline. Why, go ask the railroad industry themselves. They'll even tell you that rail is pretty much the worst way to transport oil. But hey, at least there won't be another pipeline and that's all that really matters, right?

You need to learn how to read maps. Along with just about everything else in life. Your little fake maps drawn by a US paid suplicant covers about 10 miles of a 1500 or so mile pileline.https://www.wildernesscommittee.org/kinder_morgan_pipeline_route_maps

Coastal First Nations want C-48 , as does everyone who lives/works on the water or cares about the Earth
The Great Bear Rainforest is at risk from oil tanker traffic.
Tankers transporting crude oil or persistent oil to US and overseas markets frequently navigate the turbulent waters and rocky, narrow channels of the coast.
Diesel and oil spills have already happened.
But a major oil spill would be catastrophic.

Helin does not accept the romantic idea that the northwest B.C. coast is some special Indigenous area where industrial activity must never be permitted. “This whole notion we were this noble Indian looking at the environment, it’s a manufactured idea of Western imperialism. By trying to impose all this crap on our people, this is just a further form of colonialism, which I call eco-colonialism.”
Hundreds of First Nations leaders across Western Canada feel the same way. Together with Helin as project chairman they are pushing for the new Eagle Spirit pipeline corridor from the oilsands of Fort McMurray to the coastal waters of the Lax Kw’alaams, with the support of all 35 First Nations along that route. They would be majority owners of the $12-billion, 1,500-km multi-pipeline super highway....
White Natty's lie about indians.Maybe not everybody.
The plan is for Alberta to pump only refined oil - no dilbit or tar or whatever they call that crap. The pipeline, even if built, will never run oil anywhere. It is the last kick at the cat. Oil is dead. The tar sands are dead. Nobody wants that crap any more. Natives will lose their shirts if they think they are going to invest in that dead horse. It is a really bad investment.
